This week our "Item of the Week" is our 16.5oz, selvedge, Elgin jean. And just like any lineup of products, some appeal and sell more robustly than others. That is just how things go. Ask the car salesperson how many mauve cars they sell compared to black or grey. Same thing here. Some of our fits are more peripheral than others, but that is how it should be.
Our slimmer fits, with a low rise, or our wide leg jean have their specific customers. And then there are middle of the road needs that this fit satisfies. The Elgin does have a slimmer leg, but not too slim. It has what we call a mid rise so any breeze notions around the backside are kept to a minimum. This 16.5 oz. fabric is heavy but not inhibitive, all things said.
So if you’re in the market for mid-rise, mid-width jean, the Elgin might be right for you. With that, we are ready to call this our "Item of the Week" Yours with a 20% discount.
