The Tellason Stock Jean Jacket is made in San Francisco, California from 14 oz. non-selvedge sanforized Cone Mills denim.  Two exterior side pockets, two chest pockets and two interior pockets.  Fit Guide

A NOTE FROM PETE & TONY

"Hey Tony, hey Pete. Why the hell is this Tellason Stock jacket so much less than your selvedge jean jacket?" We get that now and then. The answer is a quick one and not fancy.

Selvedge fabric from the U.S. back in the day, and now Japan, costs plenty. With that, you get great cotton, used to make great yarn, used to make great fabric on an old, old machine from a long time ago, that really gets humming once you turn the power on.

Our "non-selvedge" fabric is all the way fantastic, just made differently on a new machine that can produce at a high level. It is less expensive, and lucky for us, is still beautiful from beginning to end. You might not get that coveted selvedge stripe but man, you pretty much get everything else a good denim jacket should offer.

Our Tellason Stock Jean Jacket is still cut and sewn in San Francisco using high grade, double ring spun denim, from Cone Mills and we are stocked and ready to offer this to you.

Enjoy the ride and thanks for your support,

Tony Patella

    Stock Jean Jacket

Excellent quality, fit, and cut. I am not after a selvedge material, and this jacket represents great value. I don’t believe that one can find a better trucker jacket.

    Solid, Sturdy, Excellent

Just received my Tellason Stock jacket (a day earlier than expected), and it's one incredible piece of clothing. I haven't had a jean jacket since I was a kid in the mid-80's, and honestly wasn't sure what I would think once I put this on. But man, I was not disappointed. Floored, in fact. It's my first Tellason purchase, but absolutely not my last. Pretty sure I'm going to be living in this thing for years to come. I'm 5'8" and about 155 lbs. with a 31" waist. The size Medium fits like it was tailored just for me.

This jacket (and all the other clothes I've ordered from Tellason) is of the highest quality, looks great and feels like it will last a long time. The customer service is excellent too. Thanks, guys!

    Best denim jacket out there

Posted by Paul on 21st Sep 2021

I struggled for years to find a traditional denim jacket that fit the way I like it (6’2/215). I ordered an XL and couldn’t be happier. Fits great with just a tshirt but allows enough room to layer sweatshirt. Cannot wait to wear this thing out.

    RIP Cone Mills

I'm 5'10 and 155lbs. I ordered a Medium. It fits perfectly! Construction is solid! All the seams are perfect. Buttons are secure. I really like that the inside or "hidden" pockets are lined! Very satisfied overall. Will absolutely be buying some more Tellason items down the line.

    Tellason Stock Trucker Jacket

I am so pleased with this jacket. Hard to believe I am 51 years old, and this is my first jean jacket. I am 6'3" and 210 lbs and the XL fits me perfectly. Trim fit but still has plenty of room for a sweatshirt or sweater underneath. This is my first purchase of a Tellason product, and it will definitely not be my last!

Solid, but missing a locker loop

Posted by Tom on 10th Aug 2021

The "Item if the Week" coincided with my birthday, and I had been already thinking about getting either a denim shirt or jacket. So, we'll call that kismet. I went with a large; and, upon a very prompt receipt, gave the jacket an initial soak and wore it wet, letting it dry on me as I went about my weekend errands. I've wanted to wait a few weeks before putting up a review... Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. It's not a ubiquitous Type 3. There's enough detail without being overly busy. I like having the internal stuff pockets. The weight is good, and the denim, while crisp, is nicely soft against the skin. The jacket works across the board for me: relaxed fit Carhartts and a plaid, chinos and an Oxford, or Canadian tuxedo with selvage and a white tee. It all works. The only thing that the jacket is missing is a locker loop. It's not a huge, huge, huge deal, but... it would be kinda nice.
