When the original size I purchased was too tight in the thighs the team was quick to get me a return label and send out a new pair, which are perfect. With their tightly woven edge and attention to detail, these jeans offer a distinct aesthetic that I absolutely love. While they require a bit of breaking in, the superior fit and comfort make them a worthwhile investment for denim enthusiasts who appreciate the blend of Japanese artistry and American manufacturing that Tellason offers.
I don't have different jeans for different purposes, I wear my Tellason Jeans for Everything. They work hard fit great (maybe a little slim in the ass and thigh) so maybe size up a bit it you have a manly build. Work or play I'm in them day and night! Thanks Pete & Tony!
These are breaking in just fine. Perfect fit and taper. Tough as needed. I also bought a slim tapered pair but I'm not wearing them until I need to break in a new pair.

Excellent quality selvedge denim that's built with attention to detail. The indigo is gorgeous and the fabric weight is great. I especially like the detailed construction and stitching of the Sheffield Jeans. I'm excited to see how the Kaihara denim gains character over time.
This is my third pair of these gems! They are all properly worn and wear perfectly from most casual to most formal instances based on vintage! Pure epicness
It's been great working with Pete at Tellason to find the right size. He is super helpful. I also own the denim jackets, the Elgin, and several shirts. I like the dark indigo color on this model and the slight extra room it offers in the thighs and ass area. I ended up going a size up so it offers a little more room. Once its broken in after a soak, wash, and some wear, it's super soft and feels great. The fit and finish is top notch. I had compliments right away from random ladies so Tellason is doing something right! Bravo
The Sheffield fits like a modern straight leg and I look forward to breaking them in over time. The fit was exactly as expected.
I just snagged a pair of these Sheffeild's in 14.75 oz. Kaihara denim the other day. The guys at Tellason really know what they're doing with the cut and construction of these jeans. There is nothing overly fancy about these jeans, but the attention to detail and craftsmanship on these are top notch. Really nice to see and American company so dedicated to their craft. I'm 5'10, 190 lbs and size 33 worked for me. They were stiff and starchy (as raw denim should be) out of the box. They were also just a tad tight in the waist. After 2 full days of wearing them, they've already loosened up a bit and are starting to conform to my body. I've never been able to pull off a skinny or slim fit given my athletic thighs and backside, but definitely appreciate the silhouette this slight taper provides. I own over a dozen pairs of raw denim from various makers and have to say I think these might take the prize for fit, construction and overall value proposition. Absolutely superb American-made jeans. I can't wait to see what these will look like in 5 to 10 years. Thanks Tellason!
