This jacket has been a mainstay for me in All my travels for 5 or 6 years now (I think). It’s served above and beyond equally painting outdoors on the northwest coast in February, northern Arizona badlands, and chilly evenings camping along the foggy hills of the East Bay. One time on a travel job someone broke into the car I was using and this jacket was among the missing items. Needless to say, I was initially devastated and scoured the block looking for it finally finding it in a bush among broken odds and ends. This jacket is worth every penny and once owned, worth searching through debris in an industrial area at night during a pandemic to recover it.

This is my second Tellason denim jacket. The original 12.5 oz unlined version has been solid and aging beautifully for the last 6 years with a slow fade and good contrast. I got this lined one with the heavier weight denim for colder weather. The fit and quality are as expected, and I look forward to decades of service and likely faster fading from this burlier version. I've owned or handled many different denim jackets over the years from US and Japanese brands, and the classic design and well-constructed, beautiful functionality of Tellason is the best value out there for denim geeks. San Francisco production keeps true to the DNA and history of jeans, and the tightly-woven, low slub fabric is all quality and no frills. Unbeatable. Just another example of the products and friendly, personal service that have kept me coming back to this brand over the years.
This jacket is very well made! The materials used are top notch. The sizing is spot on to my liking. I recommend Tellason to all denim lover out there.

This jacket is truly one of a kind. I've owned it for two weeks and have worn it everywhere. As any selvedge denim product, it takes a bit to break in, but I can tell this jacket will be worn for years and years.

As soon as I received the Jacket and tried it on I knew that this was going to be a long-term relationship. I absolutely love this jacket, the quality is what I have come to expect from Tellason. I'm looking forward to the process of wearing it in. The blanket lining will be perfect for where I live, I should be able to get away with a T-shirt and the jacket in the cooler months. I'm 5'11 and the large was perfect.
