I love them! They are my new favorite black denim. I bought some of the black Tellasons from last year that were partially made of recycled material. The old ones are still going strong, but the new Japanese ones are much blacker and nicer in my opinion. Excellent service, too.
The fit is slightly different feeling then the normal White oak blue denim Ankara (may have to do with weight of the jeans) The detail is everything you expect from Tellason they swapped out the traditional tan leather back tab with a slick looking black one to give you a murdered out Jean. These are my first Japanese fabric pants. I've been wearing Tellason's for the last few years everyday unless I'm working.
I was very happy with my pair of Ankara blue jeans, and in my review I was wishing for a darker dyed pair. These black jeans are great, and they look darker in my opinion than the pair on the model. As usual, great quality and fit. I'm still interested in a pair with a deeper indigo hue though, and will surely buy a pair as well when that comes out!
