Shipping
Domestic: Free shipping on all domestic orders over $150 (not including shipping cost). We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, FedEx Express and/or USPS Priority Mail/Ground Advantage Mail. (Does not apply to Surplus Store orders)
International: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Internationally we ship via FedEx, UPS and/or USPS. International customers pay a flat rate of $40 for shipping. Customs or import duties are assessed once the shipment arrives in its destination country and are to be paid by the recipient of the shipment. Tellason has no control over these charges and no way to calculate in advance as they vary from country to country.
*** Please note: International orders shipping to package forwarding services within the USA — please pay via PayPal Check out -- NOT credit card as our payment processor often flags such orders as potential fraud and the orders will not be shipped.
RETURNS POLICY
Domestic: Free return/exchange shipping for domestic orders (regular priced orders over $150 only -- not including shipping). These items MUST be unworn, with the tags attached. Regular priced domestic orders under $150 do not include free shipping for returns and/or exchanges. Please email us to obtain an exchange/return shipping label (for domestic orders over $150).

International: Customers outside of the USA are responsible for shipping costs on all returns and/or exchanges. These items MUST be unworn, with the tags attached. Please email info@tellason.com for returns/exchanges shipping address.
